Our application fee's are £150 per property, whilst the checks & references are being done the property is held for you.

Upon move-in you will need:-

• The Bond (see individual property details for amount)
•  1 months rent up front (if employed/self employed)
•  2 months rent upfront & a working guarantor (if unemployed/housing benefits)

We regret to say we do not accept the bond scheme.
